Provisur x JigSpace: Leading with Innovation at IFFA 2025

Learn how Provisur used spatial computing to unlock deeper engagement and a competitive advantage on the trade show floor.

Overview

Company: Provisur Technologies
Industry:
Food Processing solutions
Headquarters:
Chicago, United States

Provisur is a global leader in industrial food processing solutions, specializing in equipment for grinding, mixing, forming, slicing, and further processing of meat, poultry, and alternative proteins. Their technologies are designed to optimize performance, yield, and quality across high-volume food production environments. With an emphasis on innovation and reliability, Provisur serves some of the world’s largest food processors through a portfolio of brands and products tailored to end-to-end protein processing.

At IFFA 2025, a leading event for the food processing industry, Provisur set out to redefine trade show engagement. By utilizing JigSpace on Apple Vision Pro and iPad, they turned a static machine into an interactive demo. This let customers see inside, understand key differentiators, and spark buying conversations.

The Impact

Included
Over 400 demos were delivered over the course of the show, mostly with existing and qualified customers
Included
Created a visual “drawcard” at the booth, helping capture walk-by traffic and create buzz
Included
Sales reps empowered to lead demos with confidence using iPads
Included
Customer understanding and curiosity increased

Scott Scriven, Chief Marketing Officer, outlined the impact of the innovative solution used IFFA. “Our experience with Apple Vision Pro and JigSpace exceeded expectations. Three key takeaways stood out: first, it significantly elevated the attendee experience by transforming a static piece of equipment into an engaging, interactive display. Second, it empowered our account managers to clearly communicate what sets our machine apart from the competition. And third, it reinforced our position as industry leaders and innovators. We’re excited to continue exploring new Jigs and expanding the use of this technology beyond our commercial team.”

The Challenge

Provisur’s Vertex TenderForm is a sophisticated piece of machinery designed to form burger patties at industrial scale. However, showing off its full functionality at trade shows has always posed a challenge.

Provisur often has physical machinery present at events, so it’s not feasible to run the machine in action (i.e., forming patties) on the show floor, which means it’s difficult for customers to fully grasp what differentiates and makes the product so powerful.

To overcome this challenge at IFFA 2025, Provisur set out to:

Included
Showcase the full capabilities of the Vertex TenderForm without live operation
Included
Differentiate from competitors with a cutting-edge, engaging experience
Included
Draw traffic and attention in a crowded venue
Included
Position themselves as a technology-forward brand

The Solution

Partnering with JigSpace, Provisur created a 3D presentation of the Vertex TenderForm using Apple Vision Pro. This was cleverly overlaid on top of the real product, blending spatial content with reality, and allowing trade show attendees to explore the inner mechanics, features, and benefits of the machine in high fidelity and in real-time and in physical space. By using this Jig, Provisur were able to:

  • Reveal internal functionality that’s normally hidden inside the machine
  • Showcase competitive differentiators, including components, workflows, and physical footprint
  • Provide guided demos via iPad and TV broadcast, allowing reps to lead the customer journey
  • Give visitors the ability to interact with the product in immersive AR, building excitement and understanding
  • Avoided the cost, setup, and safety limitations of live machinery.

Organizational Transformation: From Showpiece to Scalable Strategy

The success at IFFA wasn’t just about one event. It showed Provisur and its customers what’s possible, and sparked a wider transformation.

Now, the team is exploring:

  • Expanding to additional products and building a growing AR library to use across marketing, sales, and events
  • Enabling sales reps with portable, interactive demos for use in the field
  • Using Jigs for onboarding and customer training, especially in global or remote deployments
  • Creating spatial presentations for maintenance & post-sales support, reducing service calls and driving self-serve knowledge

Conclusion

What started as a bold test of spatial technology at IFFA has proven the ability to generate more buzz interest and genuine buying interest.

Provisur didn’t just draw attention to their booth by showing the unseen, engaging customers in a new way, and owning their position as an innovator. Provisur is now poised to scale spatial computing across the business.
