JigSpace is constantly improving with new tools that give creators more control, teams more flexibility, and spatial experiences more depth. Whether you’re explaining complex technology, demonstrating an assembly, or training the next generation of engineers, these updates help you get more out of Jig.
Parenting and object hierarchy

Now you can drag and drop objects into parent-child hierarchies, making advanced animations and transformations easier than ever. Organize complex assemblies like robotic arms, mechanical parts, or fasteners into logical groups to streamline your workflow. With parenting, keeping large models structured is effortless, and animations feel more natural.

Orthographic camera views

Easily switch from default 3D perspective when editing to new top, front, and side orthographic views using hotkeys (2, 3, 4) or the default canvas menu.
These views help you align, position, and transform objects with accuracy, especially when working with pivot points or aligning multiple models together. Whether refining an industrial prototype or preparing technical training content, orthographic views make spatial design sharper and smarter.

Add “Go to Jig” actions for Apple Vision Pro

Connect multiple Jigs into an interactive, continuous experience using the new ‘Go to Jig’ action. When clicked, objects transition seamlessly to another Jig, keeping users in immersive mode on Apple Vision Pro. This is perfect for breaking large models into smaller, digestible pieces or creating branching, choose-your-own-path training modules. A breadcrumb trail helps users navigate back, making it easier than ever to explore complex ideas in spatial format.

Team admin role

A new Team Admin role gives you complete visibility over all content owned by your team. In addition to transferring Jigs, manage users, and organize projects with ease in the redesigned web dashboard, Team Admins can now filter their Team Jigs in the JigSpace apps to show all Jigs owned by the team, Jigs not shared with the team, or the default Jigs shared with the team.
