If your business uses a custom VPN or proxy configuration at the operating system level, you can enter a proxy configuration in the JigSpace app to ensure your team mates can access their JigSpace account to edit and manage content.

Add proxy configuration

To add a custom proxy configuration, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your app is updated to 3.29.0 or higher
2. Go to {icon-app-settings.svg} in the JigSpace app menu (top left)
3. Select ‘Proxy configuration’ from the menu
4. Enter the domain and port number in the field in format of domain:port
5. Save.

Modify proxy configuration

To change or update your proxy configuration, follow these steps:

1. Go to {icon-app-settings.svg} and ‘Proxy configuration’ from the menu
2. Click Clear domain and enter the new domain:port‍
3. Save.

Remove proxy configuration

To remove a proxy configuration, follow these steps:

1. Go to {icon-app-settings.svg} and ‘Proxy configuration’ from the menu
2. Click Clear domain‍
3. Save.
